Our Policy
Every House Cat Radio™ product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size ordered.
We know that's different from big box retailers — but it's what allows us to keep prices fair and products fresh without wasteful overstock.
When We Make It Right
We absolutely will replace or refund your order if:
- ✅ Your item arrives damaged
- ✅ There is a printing defect or error
- ✅ You received the wrong item
- ✅ Your order never arrived
Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at kikiservice98@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll sort it out fast — no hassle, no runaround.
Sizing
Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. We include detailed measurements on every product page. We cannot offer replacements for incorrect sizes selected at checkout.
